I will put back things that have been torn apart.

Theme:  Restoration and Renewal

My personal prayer for today’s message: Lord, I ask that you mend that which has been torn apart.  I have areas in my life that cannot be repaired without your intervention.

How does this message apply to me? Restoration is a process. I need to lean into God.  I need to pray for His guidance, wait for His timing, and stand (trust) knowing that He will answer.

Applicable Scriptures

“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh, is there anything too hard for me.”  Jeremiah 32:27

“God, pick up the pieces.  Put me back together again.  You are my praise.”  Jeremiah 17:14-18

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers them from them all.”  Psalm 34:18

What has God spoken to you through this message?  God delivers the righteous person from their troubles and is close to those who are brokenhearted.  There is nothing too hard for God.

How can you apply this message to your life?  I need to learn to take a day at a time and trust in God’s timing for answers.

How can you use this message to show God’s unconditional love to others?  To be patient with people as they may be in a process of learning and restoration.

What have you learned through this message and scriptures?  That God delights in prospering me when I obey His voice.  That I need to turn to Him with all my heart and all my soul.
